Are you passionate about customer service, organization, and working in dynamic environments? We are looking for a highly professional and energetic Bilingual Receptionist to be the face of our company.
You will be the company's first impression, projecting professionalism and warmth, while supporting the coordination of activities, managing visitors, and assisting the internal community.
Reception: Professionally greet and attend to clients, employees, and foreign investors.
Administrative Support: Manage correspondence and packages, control visitor access and security, and provide administrative and operational support. This includes coordinating meeting rooms, liaising with office administration, overseeing cleaning services, following up on civil protection matters, and managing office and pantry supply reception.
Community & Events: Support the organization of internal events that enhance the employee experience.
Proven experience as a Receptionist, in customer service, or in administrative roles.
Fluent English (essential): Both written and conversational, to interact effectively with foreign clients and partners.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Strong sense of organization, proactivity, and a cordial demeanor.
A genuine interest in interacting with people and supporting community activities.
Availability to work a full-time schedule.
Residing close to the work area is a plus.
Monthly Gross Salary: $14,000 to $16,000 MXN.

Direct company hiring.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Location: Av. Reforma, Cuauhtémoc (very close to the Ahuehuete roundabout).
