Job SummaryWe are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to strengthen our North American digital marketing and demand generation strategy. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize automation workflows and campaigns that increase customer engagement, generate qualified leads, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop marketing automation workflows and digital campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversion.
Manage and optimize email marketing performance, exceeding industry-standard open, click, and conversion metrics.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Pricing teams to create integrated and scalable strategies.
Work with Digital Operations and Technology teams to ensure data quality and consistency across systems.
Build and execute a continuous improvement roadmap for marketing automation and digital marketing initiatives.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, sales opportunities, and closed deals.
Requirements
Advanced English (written and spoken).
Must be based in Guadalajara (hybrid work model).
35 years of experience in digital marketing and marketing automation.
Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred or similar).
Experience with CRM tools and understanding of lead nurturing, scoring, and conversion metrics.
Advanced Excel and CMS; basic HTML is a plus.
