Job resume:Manage all matters related to the recruitment process of all personnel joining the company in order to contribute to organizational growth

Responsibilities:Evaluate the profiles of the different candidates submitted by the sources taking into account the conditions of each vacancy; through filter calls to measure the level of English and thus advance them to the pre-selection stage.Manage the documentation requested to the candidate (resume and video) and determine whether or not it meets the requirements requested.Generate database through our ATS and control and monitoring platform, including all candidate information and the progress of these at each stage of the processPresent candidates to supervisors and customers that meet the requirements presented by the vacancy.Maintain active communication with clients/candidates during the different stages of the process, Manage and submit service order information.
