We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team on-site. This role is ideal for someone with a strong legal foundation, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. You’ll play a key role in supporting attorneys and ensuring smooth case progression from intake to resolution. A strong command of English is essential, as you’ll be working closely with clients, legal staff, and external partners in a fast-paced U.S.-based environment.

• Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• On site: Avenida Universidad #2727, Parques de San Felipe, Chihuahua, Chihuahua
• Salary: $22,430 brutos mensuales + prestaciones de ley + otros beneficios Solvo

Responsabilities:

• Provide legal support to attorneys and fellow paralegals across multiple cases
• Draft, review, and file legal documents including medical records, motions, discovery, and settlement paperwork
• Prepare and organize case files from court dockets, hearings, trials, and arbitration proceedings
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold client confidentiality
• Communicate professionally with clients, lawyers, and insurance companies
• Assist in managing case timelines and deadlines using case management tools
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery

Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:

• 1+ year of experience as a Legal Assistant or related
• English level B2-C1+
• Familiarity with case management systems and Microsoft Office *
• Experience in Personal Injury law (6–12 months) is a plus
• Fluent communication, both written and spoken
